The team is looking for a Technical Lead/PM candidate who has good hands-on Python and Java programming experience and can guide/manage a Team.

• 12 years and above of experience with End to End development.
• Strong development background using Python and JAVA.
• Good analytical, problem solving and debugging skills.
• Networking domain knowledge including NFV, SDN.
• Good understanding of design patterns.
• NSO experience would be added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal (right attitude, ready to Learn, positive approach, accountable, ask for help), written and oral communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience leading team of 6-8 engineers.
• Experience managing customer communication and expectations.
• Agile working experience in addition to best engineering practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, management and customers.
• Motivated self-starter with a high capacity for rapid learning and meticulous attention to detail.
