Position : Hospice Nurse

Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.

Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.

Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.

Recording patient vital signs and medical information.

Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.

Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.

Minimum 2 years current End-of-Life/Hospice experience - Required - HOME HEALTH ONLY RN'S WILL BE REDIRECTED!

Current Driver License - Required - UPLOAD CLEAR, CURRENT COPY WITH PROFILE

MUST BE ABLE/WILLING TO SEE 6 OR MORE PATIENTS PER DAY - REQUIRED

ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY FROM FIRST DAY/HIT THE GROUND RUNNING - REQUIRED

Attestation on profile of clear, clean Driving Record and Auto Insurance - Required

Tablet/Laptop experience - Required

Previous travel experience - Highly preferred
