Position : Home Health Nurse

Administer medication to patients.

Create reports to track the patients' progress.

Work with other professionals to create treatment plans.

Clean and re-dress wounds if needed.

Measure vital signs.

A minimum of 1 year Home Health experience - Required

AHA BLS - Required

Computer charting experience - Required

Cerner or Roadnotes - Preferred
