Position : Behavioral Health Nurse

Carrying out individual treatment plans prescribed by medical professionals.

Monitoring patients and recording your observations.

Reporting back on each patient's progress and concerns.

Ensuring patients have a safe and supportive environment.

Diffusing situations in which patients wish to harm themselves or others.

Providing emotional support to patients.

Minimum one year of Behavior Heath Unit experience - Required

Experience with Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patients - Required 

Recent travel experience - Required 

Supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment - Required 

Experience with de-escalation of agitated patients- Required

De-Escalation Training of any kind, CPI or NAPPI/Welle Certifications- Preferred

Cerner experience - Preferred
