Position : Primary Registered Nurse
Excellent nursing assessment skills and demonstrated knowledge of nursing standards of practice.
Ability to effectively use computers, including use of an Electronic Medical Record, Outlook, and a mobile device.
Ability to successfully manage time and tasks independently, setting priorities and following through.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Develops and implements the plan of care for patients to honor their goals and wishes during their end of life process, aiming to make the experience meaningful and helpful to both the patient and family.
Demonstrates excellence in nursing care, using clinical assessment and disease state knowledge and experience to support the patient throughout the illness trajectory.
Provides direct care and support to the patient and family in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
