Position : Payroll Coordinator
Insures employee paychecks are issued accurately and in accordance with policy of the Medical Center
Develops and implements audits of payroll processes and procedures to assure accuracy.
Provides necessary assistance and education to management to insure understanding of the payroll system/process.
Assures all wage garnishments and child support withholding orders are processed accurately.
Assures salary changes are processed according to policy and ensures paychecks are issued biweekly.
Assures payroll processes and procedures comply with all applicable laws, regulations and policies.
Updates and communicates salary schedule
Prepares and distributes payroll reports.
Responds to requests for information timely.
