Position : MRI/CT TECH
Performs diagnostic MRI, CT, and XRAYs exams-Monitors and maintains equipment
Maintains adequate supplies, and work area
Transports and positions patients
Organizes daily work schedule and performs related clerical duties as required; including documentation and maintenance of records per department protocols and State and Federal Regulations
Current California certification/license as a Radiologic Technologist
Certified in Venipuncture Training
Current CPR certification
Minimum one year medical imagining technologist experience in an accredited acute care facility or clinic.
This Technologist will also be responsible for maintaining all quality control protocols and logs. Some call is involved.
This technologist needs to be flexible and willing to help cover any shift.
This Technologist will report directly to the Diagnostic Imaging Manager.
Any disputes, complaints, or concerns need to be reported directly to the Diagnostic Imaging Manager first.
All time off needs to be submitted several weeks in advance to the Diagnostic Imaging Manager to be reviewed and approved or denied by the Diagnostic Imaging Manager exclusively.
Any changes to the start or end dates of the contract needs to be reviewed and approved or denied by the Diagnostic Imaging Manager exclusively.
Any overtime needs to be reviewed and approved or denied by the Diagnostic Imaging Manager exclusively in advance.
All time cards pertaining to labor need to be signed and reviewed by the Diagnostic Imaging Manager exclusively or another person appointed by the Diagnostic Imaging Manager only.
