Position : Medical Doctor/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
Performing physical exams and patient observations.
Recording patients' medical histories and symptoms.
Creating patient care plans and contributing to existing ones.
Ordering, administering, and analyzing diagnostic tests.
Monitoring and operating medical equipment.
Diagnosing health issues.
Administering medicine and other treatments.
Detecting changes in patients' health and modifying treatment plans, as needed.
Consulting with healthcare professionals and families.
Training patients and their families to manage and prevent illness and injury.
Licensed M.D. or D.O, FNP or PA
M.D.’s must be Board Certified in Primary Care Medicine.
Valid medical license/DEA registration in the jurisdiction of the facilities.
3 years experience in caring for underserved populations preferred.
Electronic Medical Record competency and proficiency.
Effective interpersonal skills and an understanding of the interdependent roles of various allied health professions.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.
3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.
