Job Title: AM Shift Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate AM Shift Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent patient care during the morning shift, assessing and monitoring patients, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide patient education and support for managing health conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid LPN license.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
