**Job Title:** RN Med/Surg
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg unit. The RN will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assessing and monitoring patients' conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
- Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Educating patients and their families on their conditions and treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate medical records
- Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
- Adhering to hospital policies and procedures
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Registered Nurse license in good standing
- 2+ years of experience in a Med/Surg setting
- BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
