Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Clinic

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinic team. The LPN will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a clinic setting under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing assessments, and assisting with procedures

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

- Educate patients on their healthcare needs and treatment plans

- Adhere to clinic policies and procedures

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

2 years experience - REQUIRED
Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Licensed Practical Nurse - REQUIRED
BLS (AHA) - REQUIRED
LOCALS ONLY- REQUIRED
LPN must have experience working in urgent care, ambulatory facilities or ER
Meditech, IDX and AllScripts - Preferred
