Job Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Med/Surg

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg team. The RN Med/Surg will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting, collaborating with healthcare team members, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.

Requirements:

• Two-year degree in nursing required. Four-year degree preferred.
• Must hold and maintain nursing license. RNs with an active Compact Licensure are to obtain a Wisconsin RN license within 90 days of relocation.
• BLS within 1 month of hire, ACLS within 2 years of hire, PALS encouraged within 2 years of hire
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
  
  

Schedule: Full-time, 72 hours per pay period; three, 12 hour shifts per week- 7:00pm to 7:30am
Weekend rotation: Every 4th weekend Weekend shift differential available
