Qualifications and Skills:
1. Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution.
2. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification preferred.
3. Previous experience working in a medical setting or with patients facing health challenges.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
6. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
7. Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
