Job Title: Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Unit IMCU @ Oregon

Job Summary:

Our healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to work in the Intermediate Care Unit IMCU. In this role, you will be responsible for administering quality patient care, monitoring patient progress, and providing necessary support to ensure timely recovery. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans

- Administer medication and provide treatments

- Monitor and record patient vital signs

- Evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide the best possible patient care

- Participate in patient and family education regarding disease management and recovery

Qualifications and Skills:

- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon

- BLS and ACLS certification

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical care setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize patient care
