Technologists perform procedures and examinations in the radiology department under the direction of Inland Imaging radiologists and other medical providers to produce radiographic studies which are used in medical diagnosis to locate injuries, foreign bodies, pathological conditions or lesions within the body. Follow District policies and procedures and well as federal and state regulations.
JOB KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
· Graduate from an Accredited Radiology Program
· Must be board certified ARRT(R), or board eligible
· Must be board certified within 6 months of hire.
· Certified by the State of Washington to practice and administer radiation.
· CT experience required.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, and/or schedule form.
