Job Description

Job title: Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and advocate for the overall well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Assessing and evaluating patients’ medical conditions

- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

- Documenting patient care and progress

- Collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

- Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families

- Facilitating patient rehabilitation and recovery

- Ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times

Qualifications and Skills:

- Valid RN license

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Med Surg setting

- BLS certification

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care

- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
