Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care and support in a fast-paced medical surgical setting. This individual will work closely with physicians, healthcare team members, and patients to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Assess and evaluate patient conditions

- Administer medications and treatments

- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members

- Educate patients and families on healthcare needs and conditions

- Maintain accurate patient records

- Monitor and report changes in patient status

Qualifications and Skills:

- Current RN license

- BLS and ACLS certification

- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail
