Job title: RN-Med Surg

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in a medical-surgical setting.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Assessing patients' conditions and implementing appropriate nursing interventions

- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

- Monitoring and recording patients' vital signs and progress

- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care

- Educating patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan

- Ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications and Skills:

- Valid RN license in the state of practice

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical setting

- BLS certification

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
