Job Summary:

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- CPR certification
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
