Position - Licensed Social Worker 
Location - Cody  ,WY
Shift - 36/Week 

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive social work services to individuals and families.
• Conduct assessments to identify needs and develop care plans.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Advocate for clients to access resources and services.
• Offer counseling and support to promote mental health and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

Requirements:

• Valid license as a Social Worker in the state of Wyoming.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassion and empathy for individuals facing challenges.
• Experience in healthcare or related settings preferred.
