Gross Pay: $1990 (per week)
Breakdown:
W2 (Taxable): $23/hr ($828/week)
Stipends (Non- Taxable): $$1162/week (meals and lodgings)
Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in
the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at our facility in Bristol, TN, you will play a
crucial role in providing high-quality patient care to critically ill
individuals. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to
assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment. Your compassion, critical thinking skills, and clinical expertise
will be essential in ensuring optimal patient outcomes and maintaining the
highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive assessments of patients
admitted to the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, assessing neurological
status, and evaluating response to treatment.

Administer medications, treatments, and
procedures as prescribed by physicians, following established protocols and
guidelines.

Monitor and interpret patient data, such as ECG
readings, oxygen saturation levels, and blood gas results, to identify changes
in condition and intervene promptly.

Collaborate with physicians, respiratory
therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and
implement individualized care plans for patients.

Provide education and support to patients and
their families regarding their conditions, treatment options, and
post-discharge care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical
records, including documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Adhere to all safety protocols, infection
control practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe and therapeutic
environment for patients and staff.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives,
research projects, and professional development activities to enhance nursing
practice and contribute to the advancement of healthcare delivery.
