Job: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Contract: 13 Weeks (Extension Available)

Shift: 12Hr nights

Guarantee: 36 hours a week

Pay Rate: $1400 - $1700 per week (negotiable)

Duties:

• Unit Size: 28-bed unit dedicated to post-operative surgical patients.
• Telemetry Monitoring: Nurses are trained to read telemetry strips and manage cardiac drips such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, Lasix, and Insulin.
• Technology: State-of-the-art bedside monitors in every patient room to facilitate patient care.
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:4 on day shift and 1:4/5 on night shift.

Requirements:

• Iowa state license or compact state license.
• LPN license.
• BLS - CPR certificate.
• Covid Vaccine/booster card.
• 2 years of Med Surg experience including Post Op experience.
• Tele Strip Reading experience encouraged.
