Job: Physical Therapist

Job Location: Brigham City, UT 84302

Contract: 13 Weeks (Extension Available)

Shift: Mon - Fri, Days

Guarantee: 40 hours a week

Pay Rate: $1500 - $1800 per week

Duties:

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' physical abilities and overall wellness.
Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to aid recovery and prevent future injuries.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

Utah state license.
PT license.
BLS - CPR certificate.
Minimum 1 years of experience.
Covid Vaccine/booster card.
