Job Description:

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a rewarding opportunity in Long-Term Care (LTC)? As an LTC RN, you'll provide comprehensive nursing care, promote resident well-being, and ensure a high standard of care delivery.

Shift: Night shift (17:45 - 06:15)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.
  
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor residents' condition and vital signs, promptly identifying and addressing any changes or concerns.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate resident care and support services.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana.
• BLS License is required
  
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or a related setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple resident care needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Pay Package:

• Weekly gross - $2350
• Hourly pay - $65
• on W2 - $33
• Stipend - $1162
