Job Description:

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a fulfilling opportunity in Progressive Care? Join our team at our cutting-edge facility located in Albuquerque, NM, 87106, and contribute to providing exceptional patient care. As a Registered Nurse in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU), you'll play a vital role in monitoring and delivering specialized care to patients requiring intermediate-level nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor cardiac telemetry and promptly respond to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and other prescribed treatments with precision and care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of New Mexico.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Progressive Care or acute care setting preferred.
• BLS, ACLS and NIHSS  certification required.
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.

Please note: Applicants must have a permanent residence located outside a 75-mile straight-line radius from our facility in Albuquerque, NM 87106.

Compensation Package:

• Weekly gross: $2350
• Hourly rate: $60
• Weekly salary: $1470 (stipend)
• W2 rate: $24.5
