Job: LPN/LVN - Med/Surg

Job Location: Waterloo, IA

Contract: 13 Weeks (Extension Available)

Shift: 7a-7p, 36 hrs./week

Guaranteed Hour: 36 hrs.

Pay Rate (negotiable): $37 - $47 per hour

Requirements:

LPN - Iowa License - required.
BLS Certificate - required.
Covid vaccine/booster required.
2 years current experience in handling a wide variety of patients including Neuro, Stroke, TIA, Oncology.
Hospice experience is preferable.
