Job: Social Worker - Hospice

Job Location: Cody, WY 82414

Contract: 13 Weeks (Extension Available)

Shift: Day (Mon - Fri)

Guaranteed Hour: 36 hrs.

Pay Rate (negotiable): $1900 - $2100 per week

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Wyoming - required.
BLS certificate - required.
Covid vaccine/booster required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience - preferred.
