Position: Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT)

Location: Kremmling, CO 80459

Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT) to join our team in Kremmling, Colorado. As an MT/MLT, you'll conduct various laboratory tests to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. Your responsibilities include performing routine and complex analyses, maintaining equipment, and ensuring accurate reporting of results.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests in hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood banking.
• Follow protocols for specimen collection, handling, processing, and analysis.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment, ensuring proper functioning and calibration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field for Medical Technologists; Associate's degree or MLT certification for Medical Laboratory Technicians.
  
• CO - MT or MLT certification.
• Clinical lab experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ASCP certificate required

Shift:

Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, Thursday through Wednesday, from 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Compensation TRAVELER (negotiable):

• $1815 weekly
• $56.75 hourly
  
• W2 rate: $13
• Stipend: $1400
