Job Summary:

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
2. Monitor and assess patient's condition and report any changes to the supervising nurse or doctor.
3. Assist with patient assessments, admissions, and discharges.
4. Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
6. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
7. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and healthcare staff.
8. Adhere to ethical and professional nursing standards and practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
2. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
5. Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing procedures.
6. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Basic computer skills for documenting patient care.
