Job Title: Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team. The Rad Tech will perform diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This individual will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain the imaging process
- Position patients correctly for optimal imaging results
- Operate radiologic equipment to capture images of patients' internal structures
- Ensure patients' safety and comfort during procedures
- Monitor patients' condition before, during, and after imaging procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging results
- Collaborate with radiologists to analyze and interpret images
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in the radiology department
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- ARRT certification and state licensure
- Previous experience working as a Radiologic Technologist
- Strong knowledge of radiology equipment and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in imaging procedures
- Proficiency in medical terminology and patient care
