Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a position in our busy Med Surg/ER department. The ideal candidate will have experience in both medical surgical and emergency room settings, providing compassionate and effective care to patients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Assessing and prioritizing patient needs in a fast-paced environment

- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive care plans

- Monitoring patient progress and updating medical records

- Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families

Qualifications and Skills:

- Current RN license in the state of practice

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical surgical and/or ER nursing

- BLS| ACLS |PALS|CPR certification

- Strong communication and critical thinking skills

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
