Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical department. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients with various medical and surgical conditions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and promote a safe and healing environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess and monitor patients' medical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Monitor and provide emotional support to patients and families
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
-BLS|CPI|ENPC|TNCC|NIHSS|CMA|RNFA CERTIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical/surgical conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
