Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN-Med Surg/Tele to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a fast-paced medical surgical and telemetry unit.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Assess and monitor patient conditions.

2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

3. Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.

4. Educate patients and their families on health management.

5. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

6. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Valid RN license.

2. BLS and ACLS certification.

3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical surgical and telemetry nursing.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
