We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Certified Sterile Processing Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all medical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use in medical procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize medical instruments and equipment

- Assemble and package sterile supplies

- Monitor and operate sterilization equipment

- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes

- Communicate effectively with healthcare staff regarding sterile processing requirements

- Follow all safety and infection control procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician

- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques and procedures

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills
