Job title: Med Surg RN - Nights

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Med Surg Registered Nurse to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care

2. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

3. Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans

4. Monitoring and documenting patient progress

5. Educating patients and their families on health management and preventative care

6. Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures

7. Providing emotional support to patients and their families

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Valid RN license in the state of practice

2. BLS certification

3. ACLS certification preferred

4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
