Job Summary:

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding

3. Help patients with mobility and transfers between beds and wheelchairs
4. Keep patients comfortable by changing bedding and assisting with positioning
5. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

7. Maintain a clean and organized environment for patients
8. Document and report any significant observations or incidents
Qualifications and Skills:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program
3. Current certification as a CNA
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Compassion and empathy for patients
6. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
7. Physical stamina to lift and assist patients
