Job Summary:

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assist in evaluating and assessing patient needs
2. Implement and progress treatment plans under the supervision of a physical therapist
3. Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities
4. Educate patients on proper techniques for rehabilitation
5. Monitor and record patient progress
6. Collaborate with the physical therapist to adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Associate's degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program
2. State licensure or certification as a physical therapist assistant
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
6. Compassionate and empathetic demeanor towards patients
