Job Location: Milford, DE
Contract: 10 Weeks (Extension Available)
Shift: Day
Guarantee: 40 hours a week
Pay Rate: $680/week local and $1105/week for travel

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
Provide basic life support in emergency situations
Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
Assist with patient mobility by using proper lifting techniques
Catheterize patients when necessary
Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems (eClinicalWorks, Epic)
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
