Title :LPN-LTC

Location :Honakaa, HI

Shift : Day/Night

Contract : 13 weeks

Rate : $49/hr. - $53/hr.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.

Duties: include medication administration, skin treatments, assessments, ADL assistance, nebulized treatments, wound vac care, CPAP care, gastrostomy tube care.

Certifications are required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
Monitor residents' vital signs and report changes in health status.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
Supervise and support nursing aides and other support staff.
Participate in care plan meetings and contribute to resident assessments.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Support residents' emotional and social needs through compassionate care.
