Job title: RN-Med-surg Adult

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med-surg Adult team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care and support to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Assessing patient conditions and implementing appropriate nursing care plans

- Monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed

- Collaborating with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care

- Educating patients and their families on disease management and treatment plans

- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

- Adhering to hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care

Qualifications and Skills:

- Valid RN license and BLS certification

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient needs
