Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist
Shift: Varied 4x10 | 40 hours per week
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Scottsbluff, NE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to assist healthcare professionals during surgical procedures. The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment, as well as the ability to anticipate the needs of surgeons during procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Prepare operating rooms for surgery

2. Set up surgical instruments and equipment

3. Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies

4. Maintain a sterile field throughout surgeries

5. Assist in cleaning and restocking operating rooms after procedures

6. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and comfort

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification

2. High school diploma or equivalent

3. Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures

4. Excellent attention to detail

5. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

6. Strong communication and teamwork skills
