Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist, MRI Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing imaging procedures using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
2. Position patients accurately and effectively for imaging procedures.
3. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize imaging results.
4. Monitor patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
5. Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
6. Assist with patient education and explanation of imaging procedures.
7. Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
2. ARRT certification in MRI technology.
3. State licensure or certification as a Radiologic Technologist.
4. Strong understanding of anatomy and pathology.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
7. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to patient care.
