Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated LVN/LPN to join our healthcare team and provide quality care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and have the skills necessary to assist in medical procedures and treatments.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in patient assessments and care planning
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse
- Provide basic patient care, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Educate patients on proper self-care techniques and medication management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current LPN/LVN license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift patients and stand for long periods of time
