Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team and provide quality care to patients suffering from injuries or medical conditions affecting their mobility. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping patients improve their physical well-being.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics and functional movement patterns
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve overall patient wellness
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient evaluations and treatments
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques
- Experience with patient evaluation and treatment planning
