Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse - Critical Care will be responsible for providing specialized care for patients in critical condition. They will work in high-pressure environments such as intensive care units (ICUs) and emergency departments, ensuring that patients receive the necessary treatment and monitoring to stabilize their condition.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and overall condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Operate and maintain medical equipment such as ventilators and cardiac monitors
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and changes in patients' conditions
Qualifications and Skills:
BSN Required
ICU/PCU/CCU experience required
BLS and ACLS License, PERM MA RN License
COVID Vaccines + Booster required
