Job Title: RN Operating Room (RN OR)

Location: Burlington, Massachusetts

Shift: Day Shift(8) - 7:00 start

Job Summary:

As an RN Operating Room (RN OR), you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the operating room setting. You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and efficient surgical procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Prepares operating room for surgical procedures

2. Assists surgical team during procedures

3. Monitors patient vital signs and assists with anesthesia administration

4. Provides post-operative care and monitors recovery

5. Maintains accurate patient records and documentation

6. Adheres to all hospital protocols and safety guidelines

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Current MA RN License

2. BLS certification

3. ACLS certification (preferred)

4. Epic Experience required.

5.Must have transplant experience

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

7. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
