JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
2. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
3. Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans.
4. Provide basic nursing care, including bathing, feeding, and assisting with mobility.
5. Educate patients and their families on health-related topics.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
7. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
3. Current LPN license in the state of practice.
4. CPR certification.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients.
8. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
