Shift: Hours will be 8a-5p Monday-Friday
G.H. 40 HRS/WEEK
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in ND- LPN-SS- 268320. The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the direction of registered nurses and physicians.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Administer medications and assist with treatments prescribed by healthcare providers.
2. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
3. Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans.
4. Provide basic patient care, including feeding, bathing, and dressing.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
6. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
7. Educate patients and their families on various health topics.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Must have a current LPN license in ND- LPN-SS- 268320.
2. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
5. Basic computer skills.
6. CPR certification.
7. Compassionate and patient-focused.
