Job Description

Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist - Operating Room PERM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist to join our operating room team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting surgeons during surgical procedures, ensuring the operating room is set up properly, and maintaining a sterile environment throughout the surgery.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment

- Assist the surgical team throughout procedures

- Ensure the operating room is sterile and properly set up before each surgery

- Monitor and replenish surgical supplies as needed

- Provide support to patients before, during, and after surgery

Qualifications and Skills:

- Certification as a Surgical Technologist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an operating room setting

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
